1. How do I complete my order with a Purchase Order?
Please send a PDF copy of your completed PO to our email: Joe@rellfaith.com Please note, we are unable to work with a number, we need the actual document. On your PO, please include the product number, color, quantity, and correct unit price.
2. How long do custom lanyard / reels orders take?
Great question. Custom orders depend on the following: number of units, type of customization, and complexity of design. For lanyards, production can take up to 10-14 days. Reels and luggage tags are typically produced in 3-7 business days.
3. How do I apply my tax-exempt to my order?
To apply your tax-exempt status, please email a copy of your certificate to Joe@rellfaith.com If you are requesting a quote for a purchase order, we will still need a copy of your TEC.
